Universal ESA Scholarships

How to Apply for your child's free scholarship:

1. Visit www.azed.gov/esa
2. Create an applicant portal account
3. Apply for the Universal ESA
4. Have your proof of residency (examples: utility or electric
   bill, etc.) and your child's birth certificate ready to
   upload
5. Submit the application
6. Once your application has been reviewed by ESA, please
   contact the school at (520) 731-2100.
