Children’s Ministry COVID-19 Requirements
Growth Spurts Kids Ministry will reopen and resume classes beginning the weekend of
August 15th and August 16th at all services during current service times. We will provide
age appropriate teaching and child care to kids Nursery to 5th Grade (0-yr to 12 yrs old).
Parents wishing to keep their kids with them during the live service may continue to do so
for now. You also can continue to watch virtually or listen to the service on the radio until
you feel comfortable returning.
There will be a few changes in our operation that we wanted to make you aware of and
request your cooperation:
- You must be healthy to enter the building: Please assist us by not coming to service
sick or bringing sick children to the service. If you or your children have a cough,
shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, fever, chills, muscle pain, sore throat,
new loss of taste or smell, please do not come to the service. We will be monitoring
our own volunteers to make sure they comply too.
- Parents and their kids 10-years or older are encouraged to wear face masks.
Volunteers will be required to wear face masks or shields in all classes.
- Wash hands and/or use hand sanitizer: We will ask that you use hand sanitizer when
entering and leaving the building.
- Maintain physical distancing: We will have a path to use to try to assist you to move
through the building. Fellowship with other families can be conducted outside the
building. This will allow other parents space to pick up their kids.
Electronic Check-in: We are excited to announce we will be using electronic check-in.
This will allow you to drop off your children much faster. Get ahead of the game by
registering your family’s information online.
We have additional details regarding our operation and practices. Please check out our
web page if you are interested in additional information or have questions. You can always
contact me directly by email [email protected] or you can reach me at
Thank you for your cooperation in advance. We look forward to praying, worshiping, and
teaching the Bible again with your kids.
