Program Supervisor – College of Ministry

Job Responsibilities (may include, but are not limited to):

  • Manage student applications and related workflows
  • Supervise course scheduling, student enrollment, and classroom usage
  • Regular phone/email correspondence with students, volunteers, and the public
  • Develop staff/volunteer schedules and facilitate staff/volunteer meetings
  • Provide instructor support with learning management systems
  • Provide student support with administrative resolutions and graduation processes
  • Manage inventory of marketing materials/merchandise
  • Provide support in purchases, bookkeeping, and related financial statements
  • Assist with creating/editing correspondence and policy documents
  • Provide administrative support to pastoral overseer

Basic Qualifications:

  • Heart to serve the Lord and minister to individuals through prayer, Biblical encouragement, and providing direction for additional spiritual support
  • Bachelor’s degree in educational administration or related, or 5+ years equivalent experience
  • 3+ years experience in leading teams of staff/volunteers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate experience with Quickbooks and office productivity systems
  • Travel between multiple locations in Tucson, work remotely and occasional weekends

Top Candidates Will Also:

  • Be self-motivated, work autonomously, and communicate well in team environments

Have a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Have experience in developing professional Powerpoint/Google slide presentations
  • Adapt enthusiastically to changing environments and handle multiple priorities
  • Be committed to continuing personal development and education
  • Show consistent ministry experience with a church and/or nonprofit organization

Position Benefits:

Job Title: Network Administrator

Job Description:
The network administrator’s primary responsibility is to develop and maintain high quality wired and wireless networks for Calvary Tucson’s EAST and WEST campuses. Ensuring network uptime for Calvary Tucson ministries usage of internet and point to point transmissions is a top priority.

Hours / Week: 15-20 hours/week Pay: Experience Based

Primary Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • On-call support of network systems at EAST & WEST campuses
  • Support and ensure network uptime for live streaming of services
  • Support REACH Radio networking needs as required
  • Interface with Internet Service Providers for maintenance, downtime, upgrades
  • Maintain backups of border router disk images and network structures
  • Maintain network security at both campuses
  • Repair / replace networking equipment as required
  • Scale existing networks to meet unique needs for special events such as conferences, concerts and video satellite streams.
  • Team building and training of additional volunteers for network support
  • Support existing media team staff with projects and activities as needed

Required Proficiencies:

  • One or more of the following certiMications: o Windows MCSE, CompTIA A+ CertiMication or CCnA
  • Understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, Email, HTTP, SSL,

OSI Model, and TCP/IP protocols and applications

  • Advanced troubleshooting skills
  • Basic mechanical installation skills
  • Experience with Data Cabling / Computer Facilities maintenance
  • Proven skills in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation
  • Excellent communication skills

*Skillset in Audio Broadcasting is not required but is a plus*

Job Title: Sound Engineer Team Lead

Job Description:
The Calvary Tucson sound engineer is responsible for the operation, maintenance and setup of the EAST main sanctuary sound system as well as oversee all other areas at both campuses involving sound amplification. The engineer must be proficient in quality audio mixing of Calvary Tucson worship teams, the teaching pastor and general troubleshooting. The position involves sound support of main services, weddings, funerals and special events as determined by the media director.

Hours / Week: Full Time Salary
Salary: Experience Based, start $48K+

Primary Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Minimum 15 hours/week

  • EAST Main Service Start Times

Saturday, 2:30PM-7:45PM

Sunday, 7:00AM-12:30PM

Wednesday, 3:30PM-7:45PM

  • Record all services to USB flash drive on mixer board and upload to shared AWS folder

Remaining hours

  • Support other church events such as Pastor’s Conference, Resurrection Celebration, weddings, funerals, Calvary Christian School holiday plays, associated concerts and other events as needed
  • Team building and training of additional volunteer sound board operators
  • Design, repair, maintenance, installation of equipment for both campuses as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness / organizing media rooms / sound booths / storage areas
  • Support existing media team staff with projects and activities

Required Proficiencies:

  • Minimum associates degree in audio engineering or equivalent experience
  • Highly Motivated to Learn and Serve
  • Mechanical/Electrical Skills for Repair / Install of Audio Equipment
  • Clear Communication
  • Digital board operation, routing and preset setup
  • Audio Troubleshooting
  • Recording and Audio Post-Production Expertise
  • Mic placement, feedback control, EQ, compression, gating, gain staging, crossover, speaker delays, white noise / system tuning, audio system design, wireless device setup, soldering and cable installation
